Thought I’d try Bott&co with no expectation of ever receiving any compensation or winning case as was against a well known airline. But Boot &co responded to emails, kept communication open and preserved over a couple of years to win compensation but more so gave me the satisfaction that the airline were in the wrong.

EasyJet cancelled our flights without notice and were very reluctant to pay compensation. Bott and Co pursued on our behalf and although it understandably took some time, they successfully won full compensation. Communication throughout was first class and we are very grateful!

I am delighted to write a review regarding the great service that Bott and Co offers. They assisted me in two cases against a low cost airline - one of which was more complex(the other very easy and they pointed me in the right direction to fill in forms). At all times they kept in touch, kept me updated by email regarding the progress of the case and ultimately were successful in my wining damages for airline delay. At all times they were upfront about their charges and I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them. Indeed i have already done so.

I went to Bott and Co as I had been getting nowhere myself and I knew that there would be compensation available for what had been a very fraught flight experience. I only pursued it because of the off-hand manner with which Air France had treated us - it became a matter of principle combined with a lack of customer service that got under my skin. While it was a very simple procedure, it took some time, but we appreciated this and were in no rush. With four of us claiming at the same time, I did point out to Bott that their charge for their service was more that we were due to receive back in our claim, and in fairness to them, they responded with the kind gesture of increasing the amount payable to us, which was appreciated. It is by no means Bott's fault, but I do have this conception that the legal profession, or more correctly as it has now become, 'industry' in general is overpriced for no other reason that they can be! I have never felt that a £500 (and often more) per hour solicitor/barrister is in any way good value compared to a life-saving senior nurse commanding £22 an hour or a member of Her Majesty's Armed Forces off in some far-flung part of the world on the same £22 an hour yet having bullets fired at them by an angry native. The above having been said, we can but thank Bott and Co for the positive result.

I’m astounded at the negative reviews I’ve read. After being stranded in Miami Airport for 36 hours due to a missed connection I connected Bott & Co who took my claim on against the airline. My husband & I are now £750 better off

I have used Bott & Co in the past with success but this time, despite them having received the funds from the airline and confirming such and also having requested our bank details and virtual signatures and confirming receipt - they promised payment within 14 days and yet now, 43 days later, we still do not have the payment!! They are charging almost 50% fee for the claim and yet they are not paying us but they do have the money from the airline. I have raised a formal complaint but all that happens is, they sent emails requesting the same information they asked for and received 43 days ago!

Very unprofessional team. I had filed the mis sold claim and they were over the moon that I chose them to pursue the claim. Months and months of communication but no further progress in the claim. No sight of pay out or anything. Then suddenly they sent an email saying none of my claims are valid as they are lease agreements. Now I have never leased a vehicle and I have sent an email to chase this up however months has passed and no response yet. Once they think they cannot make money off you they suddenly vanish into this air. Still has not responded to any emails to clarify which agreements they think ate leased for me to further clarify and how did they not check the agreement before pursuing the claim. WASTE OF TIME

Near enough impossible to discuss ongoing complaint. Have to email which has a lag phase of 3 days. Prolonged process and faceless interaction. Car finance claim centred.

CON ARTISTS ! I have applied direct to BMW Finance for my Miss sold finance claim. I informed Bott I do not need them representing me at their fee of 30% plus VAT and now they are trying to get me to pay a “withdrawal Fee”! Like all Solicitors they are legalised crooks. I was contacted by Coby regarding mis-sold car finance and I asked them to call me to go through the process. Despite confirming 5 different times, and being assured that the team would contact me, I have not received a phone call. I have no faith that they would be able to represent my case if they can't even stick to a pre-booked call!
