When you're dealing with legal matters these days it can be overwhelming. Most people rarely deal in legal matters and so dealing with any solicitors must include high level trust, transparency and flawless communication. 100% recommend. Davina has been our solicitor for conveyancing. From listing the property for sale to completion, it taken just less that 12 weeks. Davina’s communication was faultless, she was quick clear and concise. She would follow up daily and there was never delay. I had one stressful point in this due to our sellers solicitor, but Davina was on the case and reassured me. Would absolutely recommend and use again - and we will be using for our WILL. I was given conflicting advice over billing. I've had 3 different solicitors working on my case. However staffing issues apart, I would recommend my latest case handler in a heartbeat. Charline (divorce specialist Chester) was very reassuring and professional. I can't thank her enough for the work undertaken considering she only picked up the case for the last six months of its entirety. Thanks Charlene.
