    Making the Complex Simple and Digestibale

    When you're dealing with legal matters these days it can be overwhelming. Most people rarely deal in legal matters and so dealing with any solicitors must include high level trust, transparency and flawless communication. Working with PSR was a really positive experience and I would not only use PSR again in the future but would recommend PSR to anyone seeking plain speaking solutions and advice.

    100% recommend. Davina has been our solicitor for conveyancing. From listing the property for sale to completion, it taken just less that 12 weeks. Davina’s communication was faultless, she was quick clear and concise. She would follow up daily and there was never delay. I had one stressful point in this due to our sellers solicitor, but Davina was on the case and reassured me. Would absolutely recommend and use again - and we will be using for our WILL.       We worked with PSR solicitors during our house purchase this year. It was our first time and the process seemed very complicated and stressful at the start. The completion took quite a while since there were many people in the chain and we were very stressed because our mortgage offer was about to expire. Fortunately Davina from PSR handled this and we were able to complete it just 1 day before the mortgage expires… Thanks again for all your help!

      We had an amazing experience using PSR for the purchase of our new home. We had a really poor experience with the solicitors we used for our sale, so we decided to use PSR for our onward purchase and we are so pleased we did. Debbie & Donna are amazing - they are responsive and on the ball, I didn’t feel like I had to constantly chase them to move the sale along as they were already doing what needed to be done. When I did contact them, they were friendly & it came across like they cared about us as their clients, which is unusual for solicitors.       Fantastic experience with an odd issue with my house registry. Karl Lewis was so incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, not only finding out what the problem was really (wasn't what I thought it was) but also relentlessly chased the issue resolution. Finding him and this company was a blessing. Important to say that this is also a very organised company in general. There is a very useful online system that tracks progress of your case, the answers are quick and of course Karl is incredibly competent.
