    Making the Complex Simple and Digestibale

    When you're dealing with legal matters these days it can be overwhelming. Most people rarely deal in legal matters and so dealing with any solicitors must include high level trust, transparency and flawless communication. Working with PSR was a really positive experience and I would not only use PSR again in the future but would recommend PSR to anyone seeking plain speaking solutions and advice.

    100% recommend. Davina has been our solicitor for conveyancing. From listing the property for sale to completion, it taken just less that 12 weeks. Davina’s communication was faultless, she was quick clear and concise. She would follow up daily and there was never delay. I had one stressful point in this due to our sellers solicitor, but Davina was on the case and reassured me. Would absolutely recommend and use again - and we will be using for our WILL. Thank you Davina 🙂

    Impressed with the work carried out by Erin and Sarah at Colwyn Bay on the sale of a property with Grant of Probate. It took over 18 months to get completion over the line with the original quotation honoured. No fuss, all handled exceptionally well on the part of PSR, and I know that they do check up on the case when it 'goes quiet' for a period. The online website hoowla allows you to track the case and upload documents but it's quite limited in giving much information. The emails sent as "daily digest" are more useful though. I originally went with PSR following a quotation and looking through reviews. Won't hesitate to contact PSR in the future. I highly recommend.

      Sale and residential house purchase.

      I chose PSR based in Colwyn Bay mostly on the reviews and competitive price. I had a long drawn out sale which was nothing to do with PSR and they were consistently and persistently chasing the buyer for clarity. I found their approach modern and efficient (with their use of software /portal). Both Sarah Hughes my conveyancer and Sian McKenzie-Williams my legal assistant were professional, friendly and approachable. I would use this company again and recommend.

      We had an amazing experience using PSR for the purchase of our new home. We had a really poor experience with the solicitors we used for our sale, so we decided to use PSR for our onward purchase and we are so pleased we did. Debbie & Donna are amazing - they are responsive and on the ball, I didn’t feel like I had to constantly chase them to move the sale along as they were already doing what needed to be done. When I did contact them, they were friendly & it came across like they cared about us as their clients, which is unusual for solicitors.       Fantastic experience with an odd issue with my house registry. Karl Lewis was so incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, not only finding out what the problem was really (wasn't what I thought it was) but also relentlessly chased the issue resolution. Finding him and this company was a blessing. Important to say that this is also a very organised company in general. There is a very useful online system that tracks progress of your case, the answers are quick and of course Karl is incredibly competent.
