    Effective team work

    All staff appear to work together and give honest appraisals. This makes the whole experience comfortable, which gives the client confidence and support. Additionally all the admin processes are streamlined and easy to follow, resulting in a less stressful experience, during a worrying period following personal injury.

    3 years ago I had a accident and needed a solicitor . Mark took on my case and has been amazing from day 1 . Kept me in the know every step of the way. Nothing was any trouble for him .     I was so pleased with PSR solicitors, all the people I spoke with from the receptionist to the solicitor dealing with my case were so friendly, informative and very professional from the first meeting to the final conclusion.       I was given conflicting advice over billing. I've had 3 different solicitors working on my case. However staffing issues apart, I would recommend my latest case handler in a heartbeat.
