I was arrested and kept overnight. The next day I was interviewed and was not only terrified but distraught at what was happening. My solicitor was professional but also friendly, kind and compassionate. They kept me grounded and explained everything that was happening. I wasn't made to feel silly for asking questions and was able to tell my side of the story without judgement. After my interview my solicitor praised me and said how well I had done and what would happen now. Been praised may sound a bit contrived but in that moment it was exactly what I needed. With their words and actions I had complete trust in my solicitor. When I was told that my case my NFA. I appreciated the phone call I got and how pleased the person telling me sounded. These small acts of kindness have gone a long way and helped during a very traumatic time.

Mr Brewster is a trustworthy and professional solicitor. He is contactable and highly efficient. He is the solicitor who can deliver within tight timescales. Charles was the conveyancer of our recent property purchase and made the whole experience so easy for first time buyers. He was responsive, honest, and made everything so seamless I was anxious it was all going too smoothly 😅 We were using the forces help to buy scheme, which is convoluted and slow, but Charles worked closely with our sales agent and the FHTB scheme to make sure everyone knew what was happening. Highly recommend- huge thank you Charles 😊
