I cannot highly enough recommend Lauren Jackson at Edward & Amaury Solicitors. Lauren recently led a complex, three-year financial mis-selling case on my behalf regarding unsuitable investment advice provided by a financial advisor. Her exceptional technical expertise and tireless advocacy resulted in an overwhelming success. Throughout this lengthy process, Lauren was incredibly proactive, driving the strategy forward while keeping me meticulously informed at every stage. When the Independent Financial Advisor (IFA) put forward an initial compensation offer, Lauren strongly advised me not to accept it. Instead, she pushed to escalate the matter to the Financial Ombudsman Service, a decision that completely transformed the outcome of my case. Thanks to her resolve and strategic guidance, the final compensation ordered by the Ombudsman was four times greater than the original offer. What truly sets Lauren apart is her sharp eye for detail and technical precision. During the final stages, she successfully identified and challenged errors in the complex mathematical calculations used by both the investment party and the Ombudsman regarding the "no risk" benchmark, interest, and cross-border tax liabilities. Her willingness to contest these figures secured an additional £4,000 that would have otherwise been left on the table. If you have a problem with visas, settle status or anything similar never go to this solicitors. Me and my husband spend alots of money and we haven't got any support from them. As soon as they received money they stopped talk to us, only emailed. By the end our case wasn't solved so waste of money, time and our own energy.
Really unhappy absolutely useless. Is there anybody else have bad times with these?
