The explanation was very clear and easy to understand. The way Zoe explained to me the difference between Fostering and SGO was amazing she made sure I understood the line was not very clear at the beginning however she did not give up she kept on saying let's try again after a moment which worked very well. Wow. When pray for help, sometimes you get sent an angel. Keri-Anne Bradley At the family law group not only showed me genuine care, but she was straight with me. She took my case on even with a huge work load from other areas because she was genuinely concerned for my children and she put them first the whole way through. I felt safe with her and the trust was instantly there which I struggle with when it comes to solicitors due to past experiences with others! She got us the results we needed in an emergency situation and now my children are so much happier for it. The bar is set very high with this one! Absolute angel, and extremely professional. This was a highly sensitive and emotionally challenging matter involving concerns about my son’s wellbeing and his relationship with his father. I unfortunately had the experience of a very long and difficult journey through the court system following a challenging separation from my ex partner, through both public and private law proceedings, that I honestly believe I would not of been able to navigate through the minefield without the amazing support and guidance from Lawyers at Family Law Group in particular Rebecca Mahoney and Barrister Tony Woods who were both with me every step of the journey. From the start of my journey they supported not only the logistics of child proceedings, high standards of representation and knowledge in the law, but they offered support, reassurance, always giving me the strength to continue fighting which resulted in me finally being able to see my children after almost 2.5 years of proceedings and they never faulted in their professionalism, guidance and efficiency. In particular Rebecca became a support to which I felt more reassured in her presence in court and she would always explain what was happening and what some terminology meant if I didn’t understand - often going above and beyond changing her own commitments to make herself available on court dates often with very little notice. Tony’s knowledge and understanding was impeccable and like Rebecca understood the importance of consistency and routine for myself and made himself available to support teams call, meetings, and court dates, which having a familiar face, a good sense of humour and his expertise meant the world to me in the most of stressful and overwhelming situations. Tony is in my opinion by far the barrister there is out there! Within the family law group was also Johanna and Aimee who offered a great deal of knowledge and experience, completing a wide range of vital documents to support through all proceedings. Aimee was always available to support when needed and would guide me through processes and what happens next. From the very start of me visiting Family Law Group, you were made to feel welcome and the lady on reception in chesterfield particularly (apologies I’m not sure of her name) was always welcoming, kind and talkative. I will forever be in debt to Family Law for supporting me to have a relationship with my children and to finally hear my children laughter once more and having the ability to rebuild a future of memories. Thank you will never be enough to share my gratitude! There maybe a need for solisters in the future - and my first point of call will always be Family Law Group.

I would like to take the opportunity to thank the people at family law bedford particular Donato I woukd 100% tell all family and friends to go to family law to if ever needed best law firm. Donato was my solicitor in a hard case with my son I never thought I’d get the outcome I did I thought I was gonna say bye to my baby boy but after a stressful and challenging 18 months I got my baby boy bk home now we doing really well I’m so happy and grateful to donato who was always they when needed a chat or on bad days where I wanted to give up he is kind and understanding of what I wanted in my case never rushed me explain to me got me through the difficult proceedings. Started off ok and any contact with Georgina was handled professionally and politely. Problems came when, after many months my legal aid was set up, that I had my day in court and met my solicitor for the first time. WILL I AM a useless waste of space, stood up in court, spoke for 3 minutes, then did nothing to fight my case and achieved absolutely nothing. The cafcass report wasn't done until the day before the court at 16.30 and my ex lied throughout it and full of inaccuraties. I told WILL I AM a useless waste of space and he said not to worry the judge would not use it but she did and he hadn't even seen the report. Cafcass should have attended but never did. The hearing should have been adjourned but he let it go ahead ending my case. Later saying to my complaint that I wanted it to be dealt with that day which is a total lie because I never was asked about that. I went through months of emailing to get my legal aid set up for 3 minutes wonder WILL I AM a useless waste of space to destroy my case. Afterwards I made a complaint but there's no point when they all wipe each others backsides. All I can say is if you want family matters dealt with don't use this company as you really are scraping the bottom of the barrel using them.Only good point was Georgina, shame she wasn't a solicitor.

I would advise absolutely anyone to choose Mary Chilinski — she is without doubt the very best advisor you could ever wish to have, especially when dealing with family courts. Angela Phelan was absolutely amazing when she represented me at court today. I found myself having to appear in court with only two days to find a solicitor who could help. Jonathan represented me in court and the outcome was far better than what the opposing side had hoped for. Due to the opposing side prolonging the process I had to attend court again, but Jonathan gave me the tools and confidence to get through it resulting in a good outcome. Jonathan oversaw documentation which will give myself and my children security moving forward. Jonathan and Henna were always on hand to give advice and always approached my concerns and worries with an empathetic ear and sometimes a pep talk at my lowest points. When I was receiving unprofessional emails directly from the opposing solicitor or intimidating messages they offered advice on how to respond. Your attention to detail and clearly setting out what outcomes could be achieved meant I had the full picture to make decisions. I would also like to mention Jo and Sally who always answered the phone with a calming tone which would immediately give me the confidence that I wasn't alone in this and that I was in safe hands. I am truly grateful for everything you have done for me, over the past couple of years, this stomach churning, anxiety provoking, stressful time was made easier knowing you were there to ensure this episode in my life would come to its conclusion.
