Grayson's cost me the sale of my house due to their complete incompetence, lack of communication, and general uncaring attitude towards their duties. This supposed company do not care about completing a sale on your property and will drag their heels and stall communication to the seller and the buyer which took so long, my buyer pulled out and subsequently my property went back on the market for another 6 months at which point I lost £20,000 in value from the original sale and Grayson's then had the absolute audacity to charge me for the sale falling through even though it was their fault and then threatened debt recovery. Hang your head in shame you are an embarrasement to the conveyancing industry. Property owners and buyers.. you have been warned!!

Absolute joke of a company the solicitor that was working on my case didn’t really seem to care never answered his phone spoke to me asif he thought he was better than me very bad company I’d highly recommend not to use this firm they also charge %35 commission fees as well proper money grabbers don’t care about customers what so ever!

My experience of a conveyancing account: Lost two forms, lack of communication, having to do a lot of the telephone calls and emails myself then giving a fax number to my mortgage providers which was not even commissioned thus making the arrival of my indemnity certificate impossible. All this and completely messed up the time for the sale. Plus it has only taken about 6 weeks for the invoice to come through and even that was in a poor state when it arrived. I did email for a discount for bad service but as usual no communication!!!!! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL.. They take the money but do not provide a good service.

Worst firm I've ever dealt with all there interested in is making there firm money and running up there fees.They handled a personal injury claim for me and stated it was a 100% success but they only got me £1500 and took over £400 of that off me as well as running up over £5000 in there fees only one winner don't you think I would NEVER recommend this firm to do ANYTHING for ANYONE.

I had Grayson look after the conveyancing of my house. The sale nearly fell through due to the lack of communication and attention from them. The sale did go through eventually but I cant say smoothly. I had to constantly chase them up with emails and phone calls most of which went unanswered.

Since the sale nearly 1 year ago have not received all of the sale proceeds. The solicitor handling this mainly AWOL and does not answer the emails or phone calls. Invariably she is "in court", "meetings" or on "vacation" . I just hope she does not give such poor and unprofessional service to her other clients.

I wish we had not decided to use them.
