I needed a fairly quick sale of my house to fit in with my planned departure to Australia. My estate agent recommended Karen Young as being someone able complete this sale in time to fit my travel dates. Karen understood this pressure. She worked hard and efficiently. She listened to me, answered my communications and contracts were exchanged on time in spite of a few unanticipated problems on the way. Karen's PA, Georgia, was always kind and helpful. Finally I felt fairly confident when the exchange of contracts was unexpectedly delayed for a week because my buyers buyer had gone on holiday. Karen achieved what I had asked for and I am very grateful.
