This is the second time of using Everys for selling a property. Charlotte Pickford dealt with the sale of my late parents house and she and her team were very efficient and professional throughout. I was kept informed every step of the way and it was a very smooth process.

I couldn’t recommend my solicitor highly enough. She was absolutely amazing throughout the sale of our property and the purchase of our new build. We have finally reached exchange through her hard work and persistence! She was incredibly thorough, professional and always made sure everything was covered. Whenever something needed explaining, she took the time to make sure we understood it clearly, which made what could have been a very stressful process feel much more manageable. The buyer’s solicitor was particularly difficult and caused a lot of unnecessary complications, but she handled everything brilliantly, remained professional throughout and always kept our best interests at heart. We felt completely supported from start to finish and have total confidence that everything is being dealt with properly.

We cannot recommend Alex Whitmore at Everys, Tiverton highly enough. Alex handled the sale of our property with exceptional efficiency, taking us from offer to completion in just six weeks, which was remarkable. He then went on to manage our purchase with the same professionalism and dedication, despite significant delays and poor communication from the seller's solicitors. Throughout the process, Alex remained calm, proactive and incredibly diligent, always keeping us informed and doing everything possible to move matters forward. He is polite, approachable and an absolute pleasure to deal with. His attention to detail, responsiveness and commitment to achieving the best outcome for his clients are outstanding. We are extremely grateful for all his hard work and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for a first-class conveyancing solicitor. Thank you, Alex, for making what could have been a very stressful experience so much smoother.
