    We can not thank the amazing team at Howard and Over enough for all their help with our sale and Purchase. Danielle and Neil worked tirelessly to ensure that our sale and purchase went through smoothly. We were selling a shared ownership property which is not a straight forward process, But both Danielle and Neil couldn’t have been more helpful and proactive. The whole team were quick to answer queries and nothing was ever too much for them. They kept us informed and up to date every step of the way. We completed both the purchase and sale on the same day and it was seamless for us which is a credit to them as I know there were delays in the background but they were sorted quickly by Danielle who was on the ball every step of the way. Would recommend them both and the wider team. They are efficient and friendly, and their communication was excellent. I am one of those who likes to know what’s going on and they were always happy to update me. They are a credit to their profession.

    Neil and Danielle were acting on behalf of us for our purchase. From start to finish, they were prompt with their communication, and were excellent in dealing with unwarranted difficulties on my partner's sale chain. Thank you for your help and patience, when we eventually move again (a long time off), we'll definitely go through Howard and Over again, hopefully it'll be an easier process next time!

      Having successfully used this company in the past, I recently had an unpleasant experience. Because I asked 2 questions about identification material, which they already had from the last transaction, and why they required a £250 deposit from me and £250 from my wife, they decided that there was a ‘lack of trust’ and closed the account. Inexplicable and sad. No stars this time I’m afraid.
