I would like to say a very special thank you to Tallulah Blakely for all her help throughout both the sale of my previous home and the purchase of my new one. From the beginning, Tallulah was consistently kind, approachable, responsive and genuinely helpful. Whenever I emailed with a question or was unsure about something, she replied quickly, explained things clearly and patiently, and always communicated in such a warm and reassuring way. I never felt that I was bothering her by asking questions, which made a huge difference during what can be a very stressful process. What particularly stood out to me was that she did not simply answer emails – she genuinely tried to help whenever something needed resolving. She communicated with the estate agents when necessary, helped arrange for the property boundaries to be reviewed with me in person, and was always willing to look into things properly rather than giving me a generic answer. She was also incredibly kind and patient with my mother, which both of us really appreciated. Even after completion, when I contacted her about an issue relating to my previous property, Tallulah took the time to go back through the correspondence from months earlier, establish exactly what had been communicated and provide me with a clear answer and the evidence I needed. That level of care and attention, even after the transaction had completed, says a great deal about her professionalism. Buying and selling at the same time was a long and sometimes stressful process, and having someone who was not only efficient and professional but also genuinely friendly, thoughtful and willing to help made a real difference to us. I am extremely grateful to Tallulah for everything she did for me and my mother. She is a credit to Howard & Over and I would wholeheartedly recommend her. We recently worked with Danielle at Howard and Over during our house move, and the experience was outstanding. I chose Danielle Soames, on a recommendation, to represent me for the very recent sale of my house and the purchase of my new property. After 35 years of living in the 'family home' I knew it was time to downsize , and I was dreading the whole thing . What can I say, Danielle was amazing. I felt looked after from the moment the process started . Danielle was calm, clear and always kept me up to date and fully informed, from start to finish. The sale was more complicated than normal due to personal circumstances, something that has put me off selling for a long while, but Danielle skillfully and easily managed the issue as if it was nothing at all to worry about. I cannot find the words to express how reassured I always felt during our communications. Danielle you really are a credit to Howard and Over .The firm must be so proud to have such a high calibre employee, ticking every box , totally approachable with a lovely friendly manner and an obvious professionalism meaning I knew she had me covered for everything . I had a slight panic at the end with the chain not agreeing on completion dates but Danielle told me not to worry, very quickly sorted it with the chain and made it work to suit me. I will recommend Danielle and Howard and Over to anyone as my experience has been first class in every way. I had the opportunity to meet some of the staff in the Marsh Mills office as I had to pop in some documents and again, what a lovely friendly and professional team they are. I immediately felt welcomed and nothing was too much trouble. Thankyou Danielle , for making a process that could have been traumatic so smooth and stress free. Thankyou to the staff at the Marsh Mills Office for your friendliness and your professionalism, what a great staff team. On reflection, now I m happily sat in my new home, I almost miss the emails and contact from Danielle, the feeling of being represented by someone who really cares about you as a person , not just a customer. And , most importantly, the knowledge that you have someone on your side, looking after your interests and keeping the whole process moving along with no issues to worry about. Having successfully used this company in the past, I recently had an unpleasant experience. Because I asked 2 questions about identification material, which they already had from the last transaction, and why they required a £250 deposit from me and £250 from my wife, they decided that there was a ‘lack of trust’ and closed the account. Inexplicable and sad. No stars this time I’m afraid.
