    Simple, uncomplicated and refreshingly upfront

    This was my third attempt to make my will. The first two attempts were extremely complicated and left me confused as to what I had actually signed, and my will and inheritance is straight forward. This time - 3rd time lucky - Alice kept everything straight forward & simple, explaining everything to me in words I could actually understand. She also ansewered all my questions in the same way- Simply and uncomplicated.

    Having successfully used this company in the past, I recently had an unpleasant experience. Because I asked 2 questions about identification material, which they already had from the last transaction, and why they required a £250 deposit from me and £250 from my wife, they decided that there was a ‘lack of trust’ and closed the account. Inexplicable and sad. No stars this time I’m afraid.

      Baden from the on-set has been nothing short of professional, empathetic and proactive in his communication. What has been a really stressful event for us, Baden has managed that weight. Even in situations where the aggravator has broke correspondence agreements leading to some upset, Baden has continued to step in to reassure and fight our corner.
