Road Traffic Matter

I was referred to Patterson Law by a work colleague. I was facing disqualification when I was caught speeding 46m/h in a 40m zone. One call to Patterson Law and the team assured me of their help. Having agreed to take on their help I was placed with a case handler who spent the following day or two getting to know me and preparing a case that was later used by the barrister to plead my care to the magistrate. Patterson Law have barristers that have over 80% success rate. The hearing lasted less that an hour and I received 3 points but most important, no driving ban.

Driving disqualification appeal

I would heartily recommend Patterson Law Ltd. should you find yourself in the unfortunate position of being disqualified from driving. From the first moment they have always been efficient and professional and very responsive to any queries posed. Faith in particular has been great in helping at every step of what is not a’fun’ experience. She went to great lengths to explain the process and answer questions as they inevitably arose. Thanks Faith you are a real asset

Query to Appeal a conviction

My enquiry was responded to without hesitation when I contacted Patterson Law. Rachel Saunders (senior legal advisor) provided me with a clear and concise analysis of my situation with a resume of facts that swiftly gave me clarity in the conversation and my situation. I was quickly reconciled with a point of view and empowered to take a decision.

Unfortunately ran into a problem with the courts recently, due to a speeding offence. Due to the nature of the offence it was looking likely that I would receive not only points and a fine, but also a ban which would've had a severely negative impact on my work (to the point where I may have not been able to continue working under my current employer). In light of these possible effects I sought out some aid in the form of Patterson Law. With their expertise, advice and knowledge of the particulars of driving law, I was able to reduce the consequential points to just 3, the fine down to something more affordable for my circumstances and also avoid any ban that would've been imposed otherwise. Very well done, and a huge thank you to the Patterson Law team.

I was wrongly accused by Merseyside Police of 'failing to provide driver details' (Section 172). Upon receiving the Section 172 Notice of Intended Prosecution, I began searching the internet for relevant information and came across a YouTube video by Patterson Law which was very informative. Impressed by the content of the video, I gave Patterson Law a call and spoke to a knowledgeable and helpful legal advisor called Hilary Moon who explained possible defences. I made a few other enquiries with other law firms but none were as helpful as Hilary thus I decided to hire Patterson Law to fight my case beginning by submitting a 'not guilty' plea on my behalf. The all-inclusive fee of £1500 was a lot of money to me but represented good value when compared to what other less helpful law firms quoted. Shortly after hiring Patterson Law, I was assigned a Case Progression Officer, namely Ruby Morris. Along with her colleague, Abigail Day, Ruby was very responsive to all my emails and telephone calls offering advice and keeping me informed every step of the way. On one occasion, Ruby even called me while she was officially away on annual leave - a testament to her commitment to her clients and passion for her work. As the court day drew nearer, Ruby and her team continued to push to have the case thrown out so that I wouldn't have to attend court and would be able to maintain my clean driving licence. With less than 48 hours to go, Ruby and her team secured the best possible result for me and the case was withdrawn by the police/CPS much to the delight of my family and I. No points, no fine and the charges dropped. Overall, I am very pleased with the service provided by Ruby and her team at Patterson Law and I would recommend them to anyone facing a possible prosecution for an alleged driving offence. Thanks to Ruby and her team, justice has been done as I have kept the points off my clean driving licence and avoided a fine. Yes, I have had to pay a substantial sum of money for my defence but as part of this fee, Patterson Law are now working to recoup some of my costs. Besides, paying Patterson Law is preferable to paying a fine and incurring points for a bogus charge! Well done and thank you to Ruby, Abigail and everyone at Patterson Law!

I had some basic questions in respect of a road traffic infringement and used the online form to seek advice. I quickly received an online acknowledgement followed next day by a telephone call. I received advice that has clarified my situation and how I should proceed.

After totting up points on my driving licence I was at risk of loosing my licence. I contacted Patterson Law who put me at ease and helped me through the court process. After my case was put back numerous times we finally got a date. My barrister was excellent on the day and put my case forward very well. I managed to be granted Hardship which meant I got to keep my licence and didn't incur a ban. Thank you to Karl my case officer for keeping me up to date and handling the case. Would highly recommend.

Astute and caring advice from a professional

I am posting a review after receiving incredibly astute and sound advice when my head was in a tailspin and I didn't know how to handle my situation. The practitioner had no sense that I would engage the practice but she gave me her time and significant care to help which was so appreciated as I was really unsure of where I stood. I felt so much relief after talking to her and she had no expectation of me engaging her. Rare and amazing these days. Thank you Patterson.
