I have recently had the need to use Patterson Law and they were fantastic. Rachel Saunders and Danny Blight were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and supportive. They contacted me regularly for updates and were easy to get hold of. I would highly recommend this firm and in particular Rachel and Danny.

Used them in the past (offered a good service). Now terrible phone manners & rude when I spoke to original call handler. Legal woman who phoned back didn't know what she was talking about.( Asked her a tricky question about motoring by laws) didn't have a clue? Poor.

From the very beginning I had huge regret in using this company. For starters there were hidden costs that were not explained at the beginning. The general organisation was awful I gave them my new number and email address. They failed to update their records and as a result my old boss informed me of my upcoming court date through my old email address he had access to. Then court week my barrister changed 3 times and the 3rd time nobody let me know. I only found out when I was sat in court and called in to ask where my barrister was 10 minutes before I was due in. And surprise surprise the appeal was unsuccessful. Do not use this company they have been terrible from start to finish and god knows how they have the reviews they do.
