We approached Howard & Over with regard to updating our mirror Wills, george Summerfield looked after us throughout the whole process. He was polite, friendly and very helpful, he explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. Nothing was too much trouble for George, would highly recommend him and Howard & Over for anything to do with Wills etc.

I would like to say thank you to Katherine and her team. My brother and myself have had a difficult 3 year's but Katherine and her team have helped in a calm, friendly but professional way. Nothing was to much trouble and actioned as quickly as possible. It would have been so much harder mentally and emotionally without their help and guidance. I was so lucky to be passed on to Baden while seeking some initial advice. We had an issue with an independent school that our son was bullied at for several years unbeknown to us. We didn’t know the extent of the bullying until it came to a head and decided to remove our son from the school. To start with, Baden was the first person who actually asked how my Son was. He genuinely seemed concerned with the information that I shared with him. Baden was professional, kind and gave honest advice without giving me false hope. He gave me the determination to challenge the school, which we did and won. Should I need legal advice in the future I will definitely call Howard & Over. Due to his professional and compassionate approach I couldn’t recommend Baden enough. He doesn’t know how much his advice helped me through a difficult, stressful and upsetting time last year. Having successfully used this company in the past, I recently had an unpleasant experience. Because I asked 2 questions about identification material, which they already had from the last transaction, and why they required a £250 deposit from me and £250 from my wife, they decided that there was a ‘lack of trust’ and closed the account. Inexplicable and sad. No stars this time I’m afraid.
We recently worked with Danielle at Howard and Over during our house move, and the experience was outstanding. Having dealt with other solicitors in the past, we were prepared for the usual frustrations, but Danielle completely changed our perspective. She was incredibly efficient, maintaining excellent communication throughout the process. Every query we had was answered promptly and clearly, which was a huge relief during what could have been a very stressful time. Her guidance and support were invaluable, especially given the added pressure from our sellers. Thanks to her expertise and professionalism, the entire process was smooth and stress-free.
