I was involved in a bicycle accident resulting in significant injury to my hand. I had to have a lot of time off work and being self employed with a young family was extremely worrying. Fiona was brilliant throughout the process, explaining everything to me about the process to claim compensation. The accident was life changing but having the support from Fiona and her team to help me claim compensation meant I could still support my family.

Sophie was nothing short of fantastic with what should’ve been a straightforward sale and purchase but which turned out to be quite complicated.
Sophie was easy to contact either immediately or by return phone call within minutes.
She has great calming, problem solving skills even when situations are particularly stressful. Her time management and communication skills ensured our chain went through very quickly and she gave us security and peace of mind , coming up with professional solutions to some quite complex issues.

Incredibly helpful service when I moved house after my original purchase fell through.
