We are grateful to the firm and Mr Crabb in particular for handling an issue regarding the interpretation of our Head Lease, which was satisfactorily concluded. Mr Crabb then dealt with the transfer of that Lease to the Leaseholders.

Mr. Alex Crabbe needs to be the choice when contacting this firm, he responds fast with clear messages. He gave me a choice of payment methods, hrly rate or fixed price, I went for the fixed price so I know the ceiling of charges due to budget, the fixed price was fair too and I think I made saving that way too. Will choose Alex Crabbe again, if you did, you will not be disappointed .
