Bronte from Rawlins Davy Reeves was absolutely brilliant. She was very efficient and turned things round for us very quickly with the conveyancing. After submitting personal documents and chasing via phone calls and emails for the last 7 weeks, I have received no response and instructed a competent law firm instead. Major issue considering a law firm will need to act within a court time frame for their client. I wouldn’t hold my breath for this company.

We are grateful to the firm and Mr Crabb in particular for handling an issue regarding the interpretation of our Head Lease, which was satisfactorily concluded. Mr Crabb then dealt with the transfer of that Lease to the Leaseholders.
