    Mr. Alex Crabbe needs to be the choice when contacting this firm, he responds fast with clear messages. He gave me a choice of payment methods, hrly rate or fixed price, I went for the fixed price so I know the ceiling of charges due to budget, the fixed price was fair too and I think I made saving that way too. Will choose Alex Crabbe again, if you did, you will not be disappointed .

    Martyn Hudson and his team went above and beyond on the recent sale and purchase of a new house on behalf of my mother. It is a confusing world at the best of times but Martyn and his team left no stone unturned and in trying to complete on time did a lot of work other solicitors in the chain should have ....but didn't, Martyn stepped up to the mark and got us completed and moved in against some quite difficult and restrictive timelines.     I would NOT recommend Rawlins Davey Solicitors, I used them for the purchase of the Freehold on a block of Flats. Alex Crabbe failed to due his due diligence and issue a LPE1 but has refused to admit that he did or offer any compensation when we were faced with a deficit on the account following completion. Very sloppy work and would avoid using him/them.
