From initial phone enquiry to completion of sales and purchases of our properties over the years (there have been a few!) the staff have been brilliant, the whole package from clear quotations for work to keeping us informed all the way, dealing with the usual hiccups when they arise promptly and efficiently, the staff have a way of making you feel most important and appreciative that you have chosen them for very important ocuurences in your lives. Would not use any one else.

The solicitor had little experience at processing an Equity Release type mortgage. Our financial adviser had chosen the provider and offered to help the allocated Kiteleys solicitor with the 'legals'. Lots of unnecessary challenge and procrastination , symptomatic of someone learning-on-the-job.

We were incredibly happy with David Bridge (our solicitor) and Carole Evans (his assistant) who were absolutely excellent throughout the process of helping us buy our dream property and we are so grateful to them! Our situation was quite unusual. The property we wanted to buy we were attempting to purchase privately without an Estate Agent. The landlords of that property were holding the property for us, but we needed an exclusivity agreement so that we couldn’t buy anything else in that time and they couldn’t sell it to anybody else (and they needed to receive an amount of money if they kept to this exclusivity agreement for a period). Very few law firms could handle creating this exclusivity agreement but David was willing and able. Then there was also the matter of time. We had a five month window to sell our house and buy our dream property (which is quite a small window) and though David’s conveyancing and Carole’s support, they made it happen for us! We couldn’t be more happy with the service we received and grateful for their help!

We highly recommend Kiteleys in Fordingbridge to carry out your conveyancing. We would give extra praise for Sally Morrow who has been professional , courteous and helpful. She has always been available to reassure and help with unforseen problems.

Our solicitor Anna has been first class in dealing with our sale, which was complicated by the buyers' requests to change some terms in the lease. It turned out to be a marathon process, but she acted very professionally and patiently and kept me sane throughout. I would thoroughly recommend her and Kiteleys.
