I have to say that I was very impressed that Sarah took the trouble to call me on a Saturday when I failed to make an appointment a few weeks ago - and I really appreciate the trouble she has taken since to reassure me that I, and my family, are in good hands with Kiteleys.

Had a long, expensive, laborious process getting our LPA done with Kiteleys. At no point was I told that I could do it myself for free online; I only found out afterwards, having shelled out thousands. The process itself was torturous, with many occasions of us having to chase them to get things across the line, and then finally registered properly. Overall, a disappointing experience.

I have used Kiteleys on many occasions, buying selling a house, Power of attorney, will, completing government forms, and equity release. At all times Kieleys were friendly and put me at ease. I would recommend them

Kiteleys have undertaken conveyancing in both sale and purchase requirements for a number of our property transactions, satisfactorily in general and excellent when we were experiencing a problem with a business incorrectly claiming an involvement with one of our rental properties. They have completed two sets of wills for each of two of our family, they have completed 4 sets of powers of attorney. We are considering them for a further sale and purchase of property to probably occur within the not too distant future.

Excellent service from start to finish regarding the conveyancing of my Mother’s property. Sympathetic and Empathetic at a difficult time. Had previously arranged Will and Powers of Attorney. Very Professional would always recommend.

Very friendly and helpful service. Gave my parents advice, they were very happy with the information given. A few steps to get in and out which could be a problem for people less mobile, however they will also do house calls if necessary. It was an extremely hot day and the room was terribly hot with no air, the solicitor apologised on numerous occasions.

Great service from Victoria to get mirror wills organised. She was very helpful and informative and had just the right balance of humour and sensitivity over something I found difficult to do, which was hugely appreciated. Would happily use Kiteleys again and recommend them.

A few months ago I used Kiteleys for the second time for some changes to a Life Policy. Ashleigh Bryant Fower was super helpful and easy to deal with. The first time I encountered Kiteleys was when I walked in late one Friday afternoon hoping (against hope as I wasn’t a client) for some advice on a conveyancing matter I was struggling with. Sarah Townsend was in the office and answered my question there and then. Her advice saved me a lot of time and money with the inept conveyancing firm my mother was using. It was without hesitation that I used Kiteleys again when the family needed help on a Life Policy. I heartily recommend this firm.
