Richard was brilliant dealing with our Equity Release. He stated from the first meeting with him that it was easy, and he surely proved that.
We used Newnham andJordan for our house move and they were quick, efficient and kept a good level of communication throughout. Our buyer’s solicitors weren’t as quick with communication but Newnham and Jordan were always great at chasing and ensuring the best for us and trying to keep costs down whilst dealing with complicated things relating to our leasehold property. We highly recommend them and would happily use them again.☺️
I had the pleasure of having Neil help me with an issue relating to my tenancy. He was incredibly helpful and supported me through a stressful process. He was incredibly knowledgable and gave me all my options clearly and advised me as changes occurred.
I bought a flat with the aid if Deborah Quartey and Sarah Jane Troop from Newnham Jordan. It wasn't an easy purchase, but they were stars, both during and after the purchase. I couldn't rate them any higher, they really took the stress out of nightmare for me. Highly recommend them both.

I had a very disappointing experience with this firm. Neil, one of the solicitors, provided me with incorrect advice, which was quite concerning. Additionally, Katie, who serves as a PA, made several mistakes throughout the process. Overall, the lack of professionalism has left me feeling quite distressed. I would strongly advise against working with them.
