No rush & new will was changed while I waited so I didn't have to return to sign(from Thorngumbald). Listened to changes etc. Nothing I did not like. Samantha didn't rush & her PA was very efficient with paperwork to be copied etc. Thank you. S

Office easy to find. Informed by reception staff about parking facilities. Arrived early for both appointments and was seen straight away. Nothing I did not like during our visits, were looked after very well. All staff very polite & friendly. The whole process was made easy to understand & complete.
