Very efficient service from beginning to end. Our Wills where completed on the phone due to the lockdown. Louisa and a member of staff came to our house, so they could witness our signatures. At all times, Louisa and the member of staff were very helpful, friendly and professional service was very efficient and very quickly dealt with even with the complications of the current situation. Many thanks for a wonderful service.

Very poor service. Key details were missed and when I raised concerns I didn’t feel supported or helped to fix the issue. Had to move to a different solicitor. Would not recommend.

I rang last week to arrange to collect a will today Monday. The other executor lives away so they were asked to email giving consent. On arrival I was told the person I had spoken to was on holiday, I explained the conversation last week etc and that everything should be in place, to be met with negativity. This was eventually resolved but not without me having to reiterate the situation. Poor communication and not great, no compassion when clearly someone is recently bereaved. I had a poor experience with these solicitors last year when I needed to use a POA and it had been signed by a paralegal which wasn’t acceptable to the financial institution, the did verify it and told there would be no charge ! This is despite paying £1000’s for the POA to be drawn up it was almost like they were doing me a favour. Safe to say they won’t be getting my business to sort the estate out

Earlier this year I contacted Molly-Mae Lodge at Symes, Baines Broomer to deal with a complex probate matter on our behalf. Throughout, Molly impressed with her professionalism and courteous manner. All queries, no matter how small, were dealt with promptly; often within the same day. Molly ensured the whole process was completed seamlessly and without delay, which turned out to be earlier than we had anticipated. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Molly and will certainly use her again in the future for other matters when the need arises.

I rarely leave reviews but sometimes we get inspired to change our habits, hence the reason for this review. I originally, I contacted one of the larger city firms recommended by a business partner of mine, but after speaking with them I found that my situation was too complex for them, so when I found Jo and her team right on my door step I was delighted. My divorce has been a complexed affair and Jo has not faltered with providing swift accurate information and guidance along the way, her in-depth knowledge of divorces involving property is fantastic and right from the first meeting with Jo this was apparent. I highly recommend Jo and her team to anyone in search of a vastly experienced and efficient service.
