Highly recommend: helpful and diligent to the very end I used Burt Brill & Cardens for a flat purchase, and Courtney was fantastic throughout. She chased a very uncooperative seller and the seller’s solicitors time and time again, kept me informed, and gave me clear warnings and advice whenever issues came up. Unfortunately the purchase fell through in the end when the seller pulled out, but that was no reflection on Courtney, who was helpful and committed right to the very end. Even after the matter closed, she resolved a billing query fairly and professionally. I’d happily recommend Courtney and the firm to anyone buying a property.

The staff, specifically Rosie Smith and Kelly Lobban, were uniformly professional, informative and patient(!). Making a will can be a daunting experience and one which I embarked upon with a certain amount of trepidation.
