I honestly cannot recommend Kelly To at Sternberg Reed enough. From the very beginning of my family court case, Kelly was there to support me every step of the way. What was an incredibly stressful and emotional experience for me was made so much easier knowing I had someone so professional, knowledgeable and genuinely caring in my corner. One of the things that stood out to me most was how supportive Kelly was with my anxiety surrounding the case. She never made me feel like I was being difficult or asking too many questions. She always listened, reassured me when I needed it and took the time to explain things to me in a way that I could understand. That support meant more to me than I can really put into words. Her communication was also brilliant. I was always kept updated and never felt left wondering what was happening or what I needed to do next. Kelly was approachable, responsive and always made me feel that my concerns mattered. Throughout the whole process, Kelly was incredibly professional and thorough, but she also showed so much compassion and empathy. I never felt like I was simply another case. Absolutely awful firm to deal with specifically kelly To, im a litigant in person in child arrangements, she has not followed the proceedural rules 2010, she has not followed the code of conduct set out by solicitor regulation authority, barrister kissing his teeth at me because i stood up for myself, another barrister suggesting he could cut contact with my child as the mum told me he suggested it to her probably to line their pockets with more hearings, the most recent barrister wrote an order that doesnt reflect what was agreed in the hearing or ordered by the judge on the day causing me to have no contact with my child going against a child arrangements order and reccomendations from social services, forced me to buy the transcript to correct the illegal sly move they made, good job i have a good understanding of the law and going to ask for an order against them for costs and potentially take them to court to sue for damages. Messed with the wrong litigant in person which i think they have recognised.
