Whenever you have a matter that needs a solicitor, you obviously want the best firm going. I randomly choose SternBerg Reed, and I can’t believe my luck. I’ve had more than one case and always used Sternberg and always had the outcome I wanted. I’ve also been assisted with legal aid too, so this place can really make a difference.Danielle was a real person rather than only professional, she was human and understood my cases.

My experience with Sternberg Reed has been nothing short of amazing. I contacted this firm (amongst others) when I needed guidance on a family law matter. From my initial interaction with the firm, it was an easy decision to go with them for legal advice and representation. Aimee Jones was fantastic and compassionate from our initial meeting. She is very knowledgeable, and was able to provide me with the right advice and guidance. When I needed to make decisions, she ensured that I was equipped with all the information needed to arrive at the best decision for me and my situation. I truly felt like I wasn't alone, and I had people who were committed to getting me the best possible outcome. I was kept updated throughout the process and all my questions were answered promptly. I also want to say thank you to Thomas, who worked hard alongside Aimee in preparing my case for court. Aimee and the team displayed a high level of professionalism, and supported me through what was a difficult time in my life. I got better outcomes than I could have hoped for, thanks to the expertise of Aimee and the team. I am extremely grateful to Aimee, Thomas, and the rest of the team. I cannot sing their praises enough, and I highly recommend this firm to anyone seeking legal advice or representation.

Richard, represented me and as soon as I met him I felt at ease and as time progressed I felt even more confident in his knowledge and experience. He was extremely professional and always responded to any calls and emails promptly and clearly explained the procedure and possible outcomes. My case was closed with no charge and I considered myself lucky I had Richard representing me. I cannot recommend him enough, I hope I won’t need his services again, however if I did I would not hesitate to contact him.

I had a court case in July 2019 and but give thanks to my solicitors (Mr Copper) with his professionalism on the way my case was handled but now my issue is getting back my travel court expenses and I have been promised a callback now for months with no callback on the update on when I will get my expenses back.

These Solicitors were just terrible when we used them, i know now why the solicitor who is partner was so cold... he was looking to get as much money out of us as possible. They NEVER discussed the cost's of phone calls and emails etc until we got the bill. When we went to court they sent a solicitor who didn't know our names never mind the case. We lost our home because they poor work .... I would check what you do with them, like the costs and how long they take to do things. DONT USE THEM

I wanted to write a review to thank Richard Cooper for his excellent, informative, patient and attentive service during the case he worked on, on behalf of my brother. Richard took time to get to know my brother, understand the case, its components, mitigating circumstances and family background, as well as review all relevant material to ensure he could properly represent his client. His cool manner, quick judgement and loyal nature is tremendously reassuring for the client at a time when it is most needed. I would not hesitate to recommend Richard to anyone in future.

Apparently incapable of replying to multiple enquiries sent via their own website contact form, or via email, over months. So I can only presume they are either lacking basic manners, or simply incapable of answering their own enquiries, or both, neither of which enamours me to them, particularly as I specifically wrote to them as a person in dire need of legal help, as a sick, disabled woman already being bullied by both the corrupt police and my prejudiced neighbours, needing help with a judicial review, which they should be well aware has a three month time limit, and they TOTALLY IGNORED my enquiry EVERY SINGLE TIME. I had also made enquiries previously regarding writing a will, since this situation will inevitably lead to my death, and once again, this firm, TOTALLY IGNORED, my enquiries, both via their web contact form and email, EVERY SINGLE TIME. Many thanks for making an excruciatingly difficult and stressful time even more so, and making someone who is clearly already invisible to justice feel even more so. It's firms like yours and non actions like yours that leave people like me in this situation, when they need not have ever been. 'Legal Assistance' like this is exactly why the bullies exist, and why they prevail. Update - I forwarded my enquiry as requested below (repeatedly), and they COMPLETELY IGNORED me YET AGAIN. Not even a courtesy email to let me know they could not help me. Just totally ignored. So I would suggest the response below is more an attempt to negate this review, and make themselves look better than they actually are, (since ignoring me in private obviously has no consequence for them, and they knew this public review would have), than any real attempt to assist me, and frankly an appalling one, bearing in mind the manner in which my enquiries have already been 'dealt' with. Thanks for the further reminder of my non importance to your company Sternberg Reed, and the appalling attempt to use my review to redeem yourselves, whilst STILL ignoring me. When I then finally gave up altogether and was forced to contact their staff directly, as opposed to via their clearly non existent admin team, I was then told to go 'elsewhere' and then blatantly ignored, presumably because I'd left them a negative review. Isn't it lucky this is just a solicitors and NOT a company you might be RELYING on for something TIMELY and IMPORTANT? Imagine if your WHOLE FUTURE depended on these people, and this is how they treated you? If this company spent ANY actual time dealing with the clearly serious issue they have replying to queries (some 15 emails and online enquiry forms by my last count, totally ignored), and less time apparently penalising clients for pointing out that clear and serious issue, maybe they wouldn't end up with reviews like this.
