Totally recommend Lloyd Moody

He communicated really well and considering it was my first time in a situation like that he put me at ease as soon as I met Lloyd! He was very confident, gave clear advice and super professional. He gave his time and effort into my case and I couldn’t be more grateful. I would definitely use again if needed and recommend!

Company needs to be under public enquiry and dissolved

Not to be trusted. Discriminate against legal aid. Will not assist in your case- this firm would have had me found guilty of 3x assaults emergency workers that I did not do and have been found not quilty of with the support of James Murray Solictors and Barrister Fiona McNiel. This firm is abusive to people suffering with mental health conditions. DPP law showed me and my family 45 minutes of footage of me being stripped and beaten in then cells in the presence of male officers. Which has now been cropped removing the most brutal bits and exposure and removing officers from the footage to protect them facing criminal action. The police brought malicious prosecution on myself to abuse me further. This happened 3 years ago now and I am only now able to take CIVIL action on the police as my human right element has been time barred due to this scandalous process ongoing for 2 and a half years. I should be taking criminal action but do not have £8,500 to proceed criminally- I was never advised along the way that legal aid would not cover prosecuting the police they seem to have some kind of sovereign immunity this is further systemic abuse as justice cannot be served. Lost faith in the whole country and system. My advocate at DPP law told me I was not of good character, that I am guilty and we are not going down the mental health route. This was discriminative to someone protected under the mental health act 1996 and wrong on every level. This has impinged on my mental health, considering I was innocent of such accusations and was a self employed full time professional hairdresser running my own business that I’m no longer able to do due to the repercussions of this lengthily process and the conditions I now suffer from. This incident occurred after throwing myself infront of moving cars- clearly having a metal health crisis which this firm denied me of and my innocence. No such thing as innocent until proven guilty. There was never any evidence to support the polices accusations I can only presume my “barrister” - senior court advocate from this firm had accepted a plea bargain from the prosecution or works on behalf of the police. This individual only specialises in fraud because he is a fraudster. DO NOT TRUST. Not only do I have an emotionally unstable personality disorder that this firm denied me of and been re-referred to try and get bipolar diagnosed so I can be given a mood stabiliser. I now cannot trust the legal system and people in authority and suffer extreme PTSD and fibromyalgia which the suffering could have been shortened had this lengthy process not continued so long due to this firms incompetence. I am prosecuting the police for Trespass to person/assault battery, Malicious prosecution and Misfeacance in the public office. The person in this company that prejudiced my case and discriminated against me needs to be on the professional standard barring list. You know who you are. I am no longer able to make people feel beautiful whilst the police are still going to work in their uniforms and this company is abusing vulernable people. Absolubte disgrace. This is why the system is a mess. The people at the top have to trample on the people at the bottom. No wonder no-body wants to be a part of society and contribute to a corrupt system this was never my attitude towards life I used to be outgoing and have a zest for life. I have had to attend 12 weeks of CBT and starting trauma therapy in the next month to help deal with the painful emotions and situations I’ve been dragged through. This is the psychological trauma inflicted by Paul Lewis who used to identify as specialising in fraud.. why he was ever assigned to my case I will never know. He is now a director of this company, total shambles and lack of faith and disrespect to your innocent “clients”. Refused to answer the phone or reply to emails after being professionally embarrassed for misleading my case. Thank you for allowing me to evidently show you in your true light so I could get the representation I deserved.

Passionate and Dedicated Experts

I’ve worked with a number of lawyers in actions against the police thus am only too aware of the importance of instructing a conscientious solicitor with expertise and experience in this area.

From my first conversation with John regarding a malicious and unlawful arrest by Norfolk Constabulary, I felt confident I’d made the right choice. John is affable and professional, and handled my case intelligently and meticulously. He skilfully navigated the complex and protracted legal systems to achieve a substantial amount in damages.

Prior to suing the police, I’d made a complaint to their so-called “Professional Standards” department, and during the course of their “investigation” they failed to consider (and in fact completely omitted) key material evidence I wouldn’t have even known existed, but which clearly proved police liability.

This appeared to be a cynical exploitation of my lack of procedural knowledge as a laywoman, and I’m grateful to John for not only exposing these extensive disclosure issues, but going above and beyond in addressing them with the IOPC on my behalf.

As the police continue to police themselves, it’s apparent that a civil claim is often the only chance of redress. The outcome has given me a sense of justice and vindication, and I’m really pleased to hear John intends to document this lawsuit via partner Iain Gould’s website blog (which I follow with great interest), bringing much needed publicity to the ongoing abuses of power by Norfolk Constabulary.

I’m grateful to John and the rest of the team at DPP Law for the first class service. Their work in police accountability is invaluable, and I didn’t hesitate in instructing John on a more recent case against the same force.

A pleasure to deal with!

I am so pleased that I chose DPP Law to handle my claim. I am even happier that Aidan took my case. From start to finish he was excellent. He was proactive and so knowledgeable. I went into this feeling very daunted, but he always had a calm way about him. His attitude is wonderful. The case for me was never really financial compensation, but an apology and recognition. Aidan completely understood that and fought for it until the very end. He genuinely wanted that for me. It was always a pleasure to speak to Aidan. He made a very difficult situation easier and I will always be grateful for that. I liked him and I trusted him and that was critical. I would have no hesitation in using DPP again.

For PI Claims, go to DPP Law for good, honest advice

I slipped on a wet patch in a supermarket and was put in contact with Paul Burns by a colleague. Paul listened to me and I found him to be approachable and very knowledgeable. My favourite bit of the engagement letter was paraphrased" I will be honest with you even if it is something you may not want to hear" I will recommend DPP to my family and friends

Fantastic experience!

I've worked with a number of solicitors in my life, Aiden is by far the best. Aiden believes in strong principals of justice, he brought this to my situation and case. I can't tell you how much he cared about me and my case, both Aiden and his organorganiation really supported me through this and other cases. Aiden became like a friend to me. His letters and conact with the defendant with always on point and he always checked every part with me and welcomed my input which was fantastic. Aiden resolved my case to a level that was beyond satisfactory. He got justice for me both emotionally and financially and physically in the form of the resolution. I can't thank him and his team for the difference they've made in my life! Highly recommend Aiden as an individual and a solicitor. Very pleased.
