I approached Kim to help with a situation for our Son. She was very understanding and sorted everything out for us at what was a very difficult time. She included me in all correspondence, so that I could assist to save my Son the additional worry. Personally I have since spoken with Kim about acting for myself on a matter and instantly she lighted my load. I would 100% recommend anyone to instruct her to work on their behalf.

An absolute disgrace clients given unlawful advice regarding withholding child access as per court orders. Steer clear

They took a load of my money for a simple divorce, it took forever and didn't bother to get a financial settlement, which was the whole point of me using them 😔😔

I used Maxine at KT solicitors and found her to be helpful, I got what I wanted in my child custody case and it worked out well before it even went to court. I commend her for her it. That’s where the positive ended! My partner is using Kim. It’s clear from all correspondence that Kim is very inept at her job. My partner has sent her every piece of information required for her case and Kim comes back with answers that clearly show she’s not reading anything she’s being sent. Someone needs to realise that my partner is paying Kim not the other way around. I would ask the partners to ask why she isn’t doing her job. A friend of ours is going through a divorce and just can’t think for the life of her why Kim is taking so long on her case. My partner is distraught over Kim’s disgraceful handling of her case! My advice is seek a professional and not Kim from KT

Amazing firm, fantastic service. I had a very difficult and sensitive case that needed to be dealt with. Unfortunately this took a lot longer than anticipated. That being said, I would like to say that the outstanding support 'KT Family Solicitors' have provided it was very much needed. Always approachable and ever contactable; They was there for every single step of the way, assisting me within my proceedings. Working out different options financially and talking me through every alternative avenue we could go down. Providing me with fantastic sound Advice and they are great in outsourcing others legal representatives who help to get my resolve. Thanks to KT family solicitors, we have just wasted crucial time waiting for a meeting never could even happen. After making initial contact 10 DAYS AGO,they done a conflict of interest check which came back ok. We then find out today (On the day of our meeting) there actually is a conflict of interest, as result we will not have time to discuss the case with a solicitor before the hearing. Absolutely unprofessional. Would give a minus 10 star review if i could!
