I found Lisa sympathetic to me and my case and she gave good advice. I particularly liked her attitude to plain English although I feel she was hidebound by an out of date Profession that cares more about protecting its own interests than the wishes of its clients. For example by asking me to wade through a set of T's and C's at the end of this review. I have not read them.

A well appointed set of offices, plenty of parking. It's set in a business park not in the town centre
