In 2025 our Uncle was admitted to hospital. Unfortunately while he was there it became very apparent that his dementia was progressing much faster than we had anticipated. On discharge from hospital we were told that he would not be able to manage in his own home and that we should find him a suitable care home. Care homes being expensive we began using his available cash to fund his care. Our initial contact with Kirstie was to get advice and confirmation that we were allowed and that it was appropriate to sell him properties under LPA. We were then put in touch with Lucy who helped and guided us through the at times difficult and stressful task of selling his home and 3 other properties. Lucy’s advice was invaluable and easily understood. Even when things got complicated because we were niece and nephew not his children. Although we had a pretty good relationship with Bri we were somewhat removed from his business and property situation. Despite this Lucy and her team helped us to progress the sale of these properties with only minor issues on items that we had no knowledge of. In fact all of the staff we met and dealt with were professional but friendly. Communication was always timely. We will definitely use WSP again

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’ve sat here for a while trying to find the right words, because honestly, I don’t think a review can ever properly explain what Destiny and Tyrai at WSP Solicitors have meant to me and my family. The last few months have been some of the hardest and most frightening I’ve ever had to face. There have been moments where I’ve felt completely overwhelmed, exhausted and like I was fighting a battle I didn’t know how I was going to win. But then there were Destiny and Tyrai. They didn’t just see a case number or a name on a file. They saw a person, a partner, a parent and a family desperately trying to get through an incredibly difficult situation. They listened when I needed to be heard, reassured me when I was scared and, most importantly, made me feel like I wasn’t facing it alone. There are certain people you meet in life who leave a lasting impression on you. Destiny and Tyrai are those people for me. I will never forget the kindness, patience and genuine care they have shown me. And I cannot leave out Alex Thomas. Alex, thank you from the bottom of my heart for everything you have done and for the support you have given me along the way. You have played a huge part in helping me through this, and I will always be grateful. When you’re going through something this difficult, you don’t just need professionals — you need people who genuinely care. I was incredibly lucky to have found that in Destiny, Tyrai and Alex. Thank you for standing beside me when I felt like I couldn’t stand on my own. I’ll never forget it. ❤️
