Our almost 2 years Ordeal ended in our favour. I had a drug driving case that has now been discontinued and I couldn’t be more thankful. I have taught my son to work hard to make an honest living. The criminal justice system would have automatically criminalised him and crushed his life chances. I could not sit back as a father and do nothing. Mr Miller and his team are very good at what they do. I was fortunate that my son's case was dismissed on the day the trial was due. That positive outcome in my son's case was the right thing. There is something wrong with the system when it is so unforgiving and leads to consequences that are not in the public interest. I understand there has to a deterrent against drug driving. But the system should have greater discretion to not criminalise unintentional cases . I will always remain grateful to Mr Miller for giving my son his life chances back.

I cannot thank everyone involved in my case enough for saving my license, business and family from distress. I urge anyone who is facing a drug driving charge to contact this firm and get some advice. You may think it’s a done deal but this firm will look through every bit of evidence with a fine tooth comb. From the arresting process, to the blood taking and the blood analysis process. They will ensure that you have a fighting chance at a fair trial. Hilary is always a kind, reassuring voice on the end of the phone. Matthew is thorough and will always give honest, professional advice and be 100% in your corner. Hillary is a legend. That's about it really. I could write for ages about how good Kenway Miller are, but i won't. Just trust me, if you need a motoring offence lawyer, call Hilary. You won't regret it. 5 stars in every possible way.

I contacted Kenway Miller in May 2024 after being arrested for drug driving (cannabis). After calling a couple of other drug driving specialists who wanted me to pay thousands before my blood results even came back, I called and spoke to Hilary who very calmly took the details and advised me not to take any action until I received a summons. This resonated with me as honest practice as my results could have come back under the limit and had I listened to the other firms I consulted I would be out of pocket despite not being charged. I waited 5 months for my test results to be returned and I was over the limit at 2.3ug. I spoke to Hilary and Matthew many times during the process and 1 week before my trial the case was discontinued, I cannot thank Hilary and Matthew enough as I would have lost everything if I was disqualified. Their professionalism and dedication is definitely worth the money. Don’t waste your time with cheaper firms who are not experts in this field. I can finally start living again after almost a year of stress and worry. I whole heartedly recommend Kenway Miller to anyone who finds themselves in the same situation. Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish after getting a drug driving charge for thc in 2024 and was quite scared of the outcome i was looking around for the best solicitor I come across kenway miller I spoke to hillary she helped me in the right direction and was then introduced to Matthew who handled the case they was with me every step of the way through my plea hearing all the way up to my trial march 2025 Matthew then contacted me the night before my trial telling me the drug driving charge had been disconnected absolutely over the moon can not thank these guys enough for there service highly recommended
