    I cannot thank everyone involved in my case enough for saving my license, business and family from distress. I urge anyone who is facing a drug driving charge to contact this firm and get some advice. You may think it’s a done deal but this firm will look through every bit of evidence with a fine tooth comb. From the arresting process, to the blood taking and the blood analysis process. They will ensure that you have a fighting chance at a fair trial. Hilary is always a kind, reassuring voice on the end of the phone. Matthew is thorough and will always give honest, professional advice and be 100% in your corner. Mr Lucas (barrister) on the day of my trial had prosecution fumbled… he was articulate, precise, and will fight your corner to the very end. I walked out of court with my case being dismissed. Thank you to everyone involved.

    Would highly recommend this firm to support you in a case against a drink driving charge. Felt very supported from start to finish. Very professional. Kept me up to date throughout the procedure and was very good at explaining each next step and the processes involved.     unbelieveable service and posative results. Won 3 out of 3 cases

    I could not recoment Hilary Kenway and Mathew Miller Highly Enough. They know there stuff and have the best barristers available to fight the case. On first merits its hard to imagine wining a case if you have blown over the limit, surely its a forgon conclusion, however this firm specialise in "Technical defenses" or "loopholes". Given around over 90% of people plead guilt, the police often do not fill in the correct forms or even turn up for court. The first case i won took my barrister about 12 minutes to win the case as the prosicution police did not turn up. The next case was thrown out as was the last. Hilary is amazing and there contact list is first class. It might sound expensive to be spending £15k-£20k per case but cheaper than retaining a driver for a yes if you decide to plead guilty

    Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish after getting a drug driving charge for thc in 2024 and was quite scared of the outcome i was looking around for the best solicitor I come across kenway miller I spoke to hillary she helped me in the right direction and was then introduced to Matthew who handled the case they was with me every step of the way through my plea hearing all the way up to my trial march 2025 Matthew then contacted me the night before my trial telling me the drug driving charge had been disconnected absolutely over the moon can not thank these guys enough for there service highly recommended

      I want to express my deepest gratitude to Kenway Miller Solicitors, especially Hiliary and Matthew, for their exceptional professionalism, compassion, and dedication throughout our case. Our almost 2 years Ordeal ended in our favour. I had a drug driving case that has now been discontinued and I couldn’t be more thankful. From the very beginning Hiliary was my wife’s first point of contact, she showed us kindness, empathy and reassurance when we needed it most. My wife calls Hiliary very often and Hiliary never got tired of her calls, questions, worries and fears. My wife was Pregnant at that crucial period,Hiliary was would comfort my wife and encourage her to focus on the baby which is her bundle of joy, her words brought my wife so much peace during this stressful time.       Kenway altered the direction of my son's life for the better

      I have taught my son to work hard to make an honest living. The criminal justice system would have automatically criminalised him and crushed his life chances. I could not sit back as a father and do nothing. Mr Miller and his team are very good at what they do. I was fortunate that my son's case was dismissed on the day the trial was due. That positive outcome in my son's case was the right thing. There is something wrong with the system when it is so unforgiving and leads to consequences that are not in the public interest. I understand there has to a deterrent against drug driving. But the system should have greater discretion to not criminalise unintentional cases . I will always remain grateful to Mr Miller for giving my son his life chances back.
