    It appears that a conveyancer these days never looks at previous questions they have asked you. If a buyers solicitor asks a question they just forward to the seller without looking to see if the question has been asked previously. I had to answer several questions twice. It also seems that information needed when selling a property has to be known by the seller, even though they are not a qualified conveyancer. Checks were left until the very last minute, providing delays in exchange. I will be very careful choosing a solicitor when selling my own property later in the year, needless to say it will be a different company. They say “buyer beware” - in this case it was “seller beware”

      If you want to not win this is the solicitor for you they say they take legal aid but don’t do there job if it is legal aid but are quick to collect the legal aid while using these they allow my son to be beaten off the carers family I now have video footage of one of the multiple of assault and these did absolutely nothing to help me or my children outside court they were busy laughing and joking with the social workers and there legal to do there job! The person that beat my son was in the paper the other week it says drug dealer jailed for again bullying another child!!! And they only got one star as it wouldn’t let me give them none
