Helen White & Mike Sophocleous Turncoat for Local Lynching Mob - Jail
In 2021, I was targetted by a small group of Police Officers from GMP that have continued to drive a baseless personal vendetta against me after one of the Officers' Daughters claimed i was stalking her, yet neither the woman that claimed i was stalking her nor any of the GMP Officers disclosed this accusation to me. Instead, the Officers and the Daughter / Daughter's Friend('s) decided to run a countywide character assassination campaign against me. The GMP Officers and their growing number of of co-conspirators resolved to steal £20k worth of cars from me in back to back organised hold ups, hack my businesses Google Profile and Delete 10+ years work history and destroy my work van 2 years after stealing the cars, mob mine and my mothers home address both officially and unofficially, force entry to my home twice without a warrant, fit me up with charges of harrassment, ban me from multiple police stations after my claims of police corruption were ignored, then in July 2024 i sent 400+ pages of evidence to GMP's Force HQ on Northampton Road that contained evidence concerning widespread Police Corruption, this evidence was ignored, my FOI Request for CCTV Footage was blocked, footage that is known to contain evidence of a crime being committed against me by a hi ranking Police Chief in particular the Deputy Mayor and Police Crime Commissioner Kate Green. This is just the tip of the ice berg, Miss White's contribution to my situation is a drop in the Ocean in comparison to the wider scope of issue faced through the GMP Officer, no less, Miss White and Mike Sophocleous's conduct, through their positions of employment, is the most outrageous breach of trust and abuse of position that could possibly be undertaken by them. It deserves some attention. This issue is still ongoing and remains unresolved. This brief report has been put together to; 1. warn others of the mortally dangerous levels of incompetence, misconduct and unprofessionalism these people are capable of demonstrating and seeing through. 2. document this matter. 3. vilify a/the wrongdoer(s). Helen While of Stokoe Solicitors (Manchester Offices) acted against me in the Court room 25 March 2022 at Manchester Magistrates Court. She was witnessed in the Courtroom deliberating on my behalf, giving a speech that outright attacked my character. Not a single word that could be considered beneficial to my defence was seen to be uttered by the Stokoe Solicitor representative at the March 2022 hearing. Miss White is understood to have colluded with a Probation Officer based at the the Manchester Magistrates' Probation Office known as Miss A Dean, who is believed to be connected to the GMP Officers that have driven this personal vendetta against me. I received my first and only ever custodial sentence through Miss Whites treacherous acting at the hearing that took place at Manchester and Salford Magistrates Court 25th March 2022. I was later targetted in the Jail and attempted to be labelled a 'stalker' when an inmate connected to one of the Officers' Daughter's began peddling false accusations about me on the jail wing and again failed to disclose these accusations, preventing me from Defending myself. Whilst serving the immediate custodial sentence, i received documents from Stokoe Solicitors regarding the 25 March 2022 hearing. These documents included a Post Sentence Report that itemised each of the convictions I had been found guilty of. It was immediately recognised that a number of convictions were on the list that should not have been there amongst which were charges of Dangerous Driving, which i had not committed, been charged with nor entered any plea to. I had the original printed copy of Miss White's Post Sentence Report. I knew it contained false information. This on top of the disservice id witnessed, left me with absolutely no doubt whatsoever that i had been betrayed by Miss White. In July 2022 I contacted Miss White requesting all the Documents relating to my case, specifically the Post Sentence Report. Miss White was extremely evasive in her responses. A request for the Post Sentence Report was repeatedly made. Whilst badgering Miss White for a copy of the Post Sentence Report, she was good enough to send me Miss A Deans Pre Sentence Report (Probation), which was revealing. Her unwillingness to send this particular document was a strong indicator that Miss White had something to hide. After my final demand "are you or are you not going to send me this particular document issued on this particular day authored by you Miss White... ?" There was a 15 minute gap between the next response. In that moment, Miss White had a decision to make; "Did i or did i not have the original copy of the Post Sentence Report printed and sent to me whilst incarcerated at Forest Bank Jail 6 months earlier?" Miss White had 2 options; 1. send me the original document that contains false charges and another record of her error ontop of that witnessed in the court room 25 March 2022. 2. gamble that i did not have the original copy of the Post Sentence Report - and send me a doctored copy that hides a hard record of her error. I eventually receive a copy of the Post Sentence Report from Miss White. Miss White took the second option. It was later recognised through cross-referencing of the two sets of documents supplied by Miss White, the first received whilst serving my first custodial sentence following her disservice and the copy sent after badgering her her for a copy - these WERE NOT the same documents. Miss White had tampered with the second copy of the Post Sentence Report she sent to me. I immediately raised this with Mike Sophocleous at Stokoe Solicitors around April 2023. My complaint was again, dismissed. I raised the whole matter concerning Stokoe Solicitors with the Legal Ombudsman, my complaint was dismissed. Two days after receiving a letter from the Legal Ombudsman that i found near impossible to draw a conclusion from, i was then targetted by the Police and Crime Commissioner for Greater Manchester Police - Kate Green who attempted to set me up a t a Self Employment session arranged through the Jobcenter. A week later my Mother was visited by 4 Officers from the Town Hall Extension, a few days later my Home address was unlawfully forced by Officers from the Town Half Extension who came without a Warrant of Entry and broke my door down to arrest me for Harassment after i posted a sticker in Manchester City Center that said "Police Corruption - Help", which i did not receive a response to but DID receive a charge of 'Criminal Damage' for... This is something of a by-product of this companies failure and efforts i have been forced to make in attempts to defend myself against what is now a widely understood and locally known issue amongst the inner circle of local authority including the local circle of academic law and professionals that operate in Manchester. ------------------------------------ Note 2: Credit given to Caitrina McLaughlin who used to work for Stokoe Solicitors in 2021 (not since 2022 though i believe) who represented me at the earlier hearing that took place in February 2022 in relation to the same Magistrates Court case that Miss White misrepresented me at the following month in March 2022. It was clear Miss McLaughlin withstood Miss A Dean's attempts at coercion in the previous hearing which saw Miss A Dean removed from the Court room in February, which consequently saw a different Probation Representative brought in at the last minute via a video link at the Magistrates Request. ------------------------------------ Note 3: I later sought the services of another Solicitor - Naila Akhter at Platts Solicitors. Who later acted against me whilst also disclosing that she had "known Miss A. Dean for 20 years..". Derailed at Tameside Magistrates Court through her well executed disservice. Failed to specifically state phrases i had instructed her to state, then when i attempted to gain the attention of the Magistrates during Miss Akhter's entirely diluted and wholly inadequate deliberation to the court, i witnessed Miss Akhter leaning over to the young woman on the Prosecution table and muttering some low level insults/retorts after Miss Akhter's attempts to override me did not succeed and where i was then given opportunity to speak to the Court on my own behalf. Everything i am saying here is the truth. I would not spend my time writing these things if I; a. did not beleive it. b. did not have evidence to back up my claims. c. had not been badly affected by it.
