After a couple of years and changes of case handlers we finally found Anika Khan, who expedited our case successfully. Our landlords have been prevaricating for a long time, but now the case has been successfully resolved, although our compensation has yet to be paid. I am hoping that my landlords will comply to the court ruling.

Having such trouble with these .
Took on my council house repair claim..
The communication has been dire .
They say they've sent emails which it's clear they haven't . Never get to speak to my case handler .
They have all my data signed over to them and I now am very concerned .
Calls keep being promised from.a case handler called Harris .
I am beginning to worry this is a bogus company..
If I dont get through to.am actual person this week I will be contacting regulators as I will them believe I have been ripped off .

I'm experiencing the exact same things as all the
other reviews, had three different file handlers dissappear and no word until i phoned to see why it had gone quiet, then when I got someone on the phone he said the last girl was off with serious illness which i don't believe, and since then has ignored 4 emails from me over a two week period to the point where i don't know where i stand, i too wish i had seen the reviews before using them as i would have steered clear,obviously just after making easy quick money..... Avoid like the plague.
