    Customer service is unwelcoming and abrasive. I am not currently a client but I was in 2021 when I used versus as my solicitor when buying a house. I decided to ring them today to enquire about something else as I’d previously had a decent experience, whilst trying to get my words out I was cut off by someone on the other end of the phone quite rudely. It felt they were dismissive and didn’t have the time to understand what I was trying to say, quite a rude temperament which really put me off going further with their services. Quite often when you need a solicitor it’s for a sensitive matter or to aid a big life change so the customer service being the first thing you’re met with should be a positive experience (especially when you’re being polite). When people are rude and dismissive you don’t want to call again.

    The service is good. At first I noticed that they kept passing my case onto someone else and it just prolonged everything. However finally I was passed to Kulbinder and she did an amazing job with my case. She would contact me if I have missed anything to sign and would ensure that she would take the time to explain everything to me, providing the best service. I received a good settlement and the service was really good.

      Poor communication from my team Zia was very helpful for the onboarding, but ever since I’ve been transferred over to the solicitors working on my case I’ve not received one email back, I’ve paid extra for fast track and I don’t know if they’re on track to finish it by the end of this week. I’ll change my review if it gets completed by the due date, if not it’s staying.
