Initially upon instructing Versus Law Solicitors the communication was great and the assistants gathered the information required from ourselves quickly and effectively. There was a quiet period whilst the solicitors were back and forth with queries but as we neared completion deadline Kushada Ganegama was handed the file to complete. She has excellent communication skills and worked alongside us to make sure the deal was completed satisfactorily. I would use Versus Law Solicitors again but would ask for Kushada as my acting solicitor.

This is one of the best law firms in all of the UK the solicitor that I was dealing with Katarzyna, She was amazing It didn’t feel like we were buying a house or making a transaction if it felt like we were buying a coat it was that easy. Stay far away from this company. They’re great at getting you signed up but the minute you pay that deposit they turn mute. I’m trying to remortgage a property and found versus law online. Since paying a deposit, they’ve left me in the dark, zero communication has been made, it’s been 3 weeks and I have no idea what’s going on or whether they’re even a legitimate business. The salesperson who was great at getting me to sign a contract and getting a deposit has told me my case handler is Katiazina P, he’s given me an email but they haven’t responded since I first emailed 2 weeks ago. Please do yourselves a favour and stay away!
