Initially upon instructing Versus Law Solicitors the communication was great and the assistants gathered the information required from ourselves quickly and effectively. There was a quiet period whilst the solicitors were back and forth with queries but as we neared completion deadline Kushada Ganegama was handed the file to complete. She has excellent communication skills and worked alongside us to make sure the deal was completed satisfactorily. I would use Versus Law Solicitors again but would ask for Kushada as my acting solicitor.

Poor communication from my team Zia was very helpful for the onboarding, but ever since I’ve been transferred over to the solicitors working on my case I’ve not received one email back, I’ve paid extra for fast track and I don’t know if they’re on track to finish it by the end of this week.
