    Swift, professional, caring, well informed and reasonably priced. When I found myself feeling out of my depth and nervous with a tricky residential property boundary issue Karen the Partner at Feakes and Co. was the voice of calm, reason and quick to gather the facts and dispatch correspondence on my behalf. I had lost a few nights sleep before speaking with Karen and felt relieved once the situation was resolved. Michael Feakes has also helped me before on some contractual requirements and again was well informed, kind, friendly, straight forward and reasonably priced.     I contacted Feakes & Co Solicitors regarding a boundary issue. Soon after Karen contacted me and within a few hours Karen started working on the case, she contacted the local council planning department and resolved the issue within a few weeks. Feakes & Co Solicitors are very professional and fast in dealing with any legal issue, I would highly recommend Feakes & Co Solicitors to anyone. I will hire them again if required and not waste my time with other solictors who take ages in dealing with issues. Once again thank you Karen & Feakes & Co Solicitors
