Had an excellent experience with the firm. Easy to make contact with and replies were quick, and available to speak to wether it be via phone or email. The online access was also really good too to keep a track of where it was at as well as to upload documents. Abbie and Humza are a credit to the firm they have been brilliant throughout esp in some very trying times! Would highly recommend!
I used HH law previously when purchasing the flat; as I had a very good experience with them at the time, I decided to sell with them too. Jess, Alice, Rachel, and Alice H have been fantastic - helpful, kind, very responsive, professional and across-the-board exceptional. Daniel Feili and his team- Kate and Morgan have been incredible. I had a bad experience with a different solicitor firm pulling out, but ever since Daniel took over everything has been perfect. As a first-time buyer, I couldn't have asked for a better experience with Hennah Haywood Law. Georgia, Abbie and the rest of the team were fantastic throughout the entire process. Communication was always clear, professional and responsive, and they were on hand to answer any questions I had along the way. Buying a first property can be daunting, but they made the process as smooth and straightforward as possible. We were recommended to use this firm by Skipton Building Society who were dealing with our re-mortgage and we couldn’t have been happier with them. They kept us updated throughout the transaction apart from when we transferred the monies we needed to pay just before completion. Not a huge criticism but an email just to say the monies had arrived in their account would have set our minds at ease. Danielle was excellent and kept us informed 100% of the time. I think the monies side of things were dealt by Chloe but on the other hand she was very good in confirming the actual amount required from us to complete. I would wholeheartedly recommend HH Law .

It has been a pleasure dealing with Tanya from the Re-Mortgage Team. She was very thorough and helped us with any questions we had about the process.
We used HH Law when we sold our home, and honestly, we couldn’t have asked for better support. Anytime we needed information or had questions, the team replied quickly and explained everything in a way that actually made sense. Everyone was great, but Kate really stood out. She handled everything with total professionalism and was always friendly, approachable, and easy to deal with - especially over email. At one point, Newport Council seemed determined to throw every obstacle they could at us, but Kate handled it brilliantly and somehow managed to stay upbeat throughout it all.
