Daniel Feili and his team- Kate and Morgan have been incredible. I had a bad experience with a different solicitor firm pulling out, but ever since Daniel took over everything has been perfect. The team have carried out their role in a timely, accurate and professional manner, as well alleviating any fears I had about the process by having our best interest at the core from start to finish.
Dealing with the other parties solicitors was a nightmare and Gbola was faultless
If I could give zero stars, I would. Hennah Haywood Law has been the worst professional experience I’ve ever had. After my father in law’s death, their team promised to handle our house sale with care and efficiency — instead, it turned into five months of chaos, delays, and emotional stress. The solicitors didn’t understand basic legal requirements around the death certificate, and they incorrectly advised us about the death certificate requirements after my father-in-law’s passing, adding to an already distressing time and showing no compassion whatsoever. Communication was dreadful — emails were ignored, phone calls unanswered, voicemail permanently full. Hidden fees were added for things that were completely out of our control, and we had to chase constantly for updates that should have come automatically. Their incompetence delayed the sale so badly that our buyers ended up homeless. Only when an independent solicitor stepped in did anything start moving. This firm completely failed in professionalism, empathy, and basic competence. I wouldn’t trust them with even the simplest legal matter. Even after sending a lengthy formal letter of complaint a month ago, I still haven’t had a single reply back.

Brilliant service from both Rachel and Stephen. As a first time buyer the whole experience can be a bit daunting however with Hennah Hayward Law it felt easy. Both Rachel and Stephen were not only professional but quick to reply, thorough and very friendly to speak to. Updates were provided swift and often which really puts your mind at ease. They also were happy to explain things that I didn't understand or that I wasn't sure I had done correctly. Highly recommended, will use again and would recommend to friends of mine looking for solicitors.
I was kept well informed through regular emails as well as an online portal where the details were laid out clearly. Nipa explained clearly what was needed from me so we could proceed in a timely manner. I'd use this solicitor again.

As a first-time buyer, I couldn't have asked for a better experience with Hennah Haywood Law. Georgia, Abbie and the rest of the team were fantastic throughout the entire process. Communication was always clear, professional and responsive, and they were on hand to answer any questions I had along the way. Buying a first property can be daunting, but they made the process as smooth and straightforward as possible. We were recommended to use this firm by Skipton Building Society who were dealing with our re-mortgage and we couldn’t have been happier with them. They kept us updated throughout the transaction apart from when we transferred the monies we needed to pay just before completion. Not a huge criticism but an email just to say the monies had arrived in their account would have set our minds at ease. Danielle was excellent and kept us informed 100% of the time. I think the monies side of things were dealt by Chloe but on the other hand she was very good in confirming the actual amount required from us to complete. I would wholeheartedly recommend HH Law .
Moving with times is very important in today's world, Hennah Haywood Law is very updated with all the modern tools to communicate with their client, all our communication happened over an online portal with clear progress bar and detailed information. It has been a pleasure dealing with Tanya from the Re-Mortgage Team. She was very thorough and helped us with any questions we had about the process.
