I was asked to attend a voluntary interview following a misunderstanding. Graham Parry was fantastic. He listened to what had happened and condensed the narrative Into a short prepared statement. He advice made the interview a lot less stressful and his prepared statement ensured the miss understanding was cleared up quickly. Would highly recommend

I called J W Hughes Conwy nearly a week ago for a conveyancing quote. I was told that the guy I needed to speak to, Nick Passey, was on another call but that he would call me back. I'm still waiting to hear from him!

Joseph was always professional clear and non judgemental. He and Sheila, his secretary, always responded to my emails and calls quickly and efficiently, with no fuss. Joseph was always a calm and friendly presence and he represented me successfully in what was a slightly unusual court appearance. The service I received was excellent and it was delivered at a reasonable cost.
