I can't rate Kashif enough. Professional, caring, and on point. He treated our case with great urgency and every detail was captured and submitted. Not only did we get approval, but we also did it ahead of time and without any contact from the Home Office. Kashif made this as stress-free as he possibly could. Excellent service from Tim Gamester!

During my dealings with Tim he was both Professional, very knowledgeable and caring over the issue I came to him with. I was so impressed with the service I received I have been a returning client ever since and have recommended him to all friends and family.

Tim gave me such confidence in how he handled everything I have elected Biscoes to be the executors of my will.
If I honestly could give him more than 5 stars I really would. He is a fantastic Solicitor and a lovely person to speak to.

Absolutely fantastic- Laura is a breath of fresh air when it comes to conveyencing!

Where to start...
Laura was not just efficient, responsive and professional, she also exceeded expectations and went above and beyond.
After contacting Laura a year and a half ago about a potential property purchase that didn't go through, I got in touch this year and to my surprise she remembered my name and who I was- this astounded me, the level of customer service is impeccable with direct contact numbers and unbelievably quick response times- both by phone and email! For a first time buyer and self confessed worrier I asked lots of questions and sometimes didn’t understand what some terms meant- Laura always had time for me and was incredibly understanding and explained it all in full.
Great value for money, with terms of the contract and pricing listed clearly and openly.
Despite the difficulties with Covid and recent government restrictions- she acted efficiently when they were lifted and got me into my new property within the week.
I don’t have enough words to say how wonderful she was- all I can say is thank you and recommend to others her wonderful work!

We were recommended to use Laura Brett at Biscoes in Ryde and what a great recommendation it was! Laura’s attention to detail was excellent and nothing was too much trouble. As our sale and purchase was taking place during Covid-19, we obviously had concerns about being able to complete but even though we had a number of problems (in particular with the seller solicitor) etc, these were all dealt with very professionally and promptly (by responding to emails and phone calls quickly). Most importantly, we were kept fully up to date with what was happening during such an extremely stressful time, this made the whole experience that much easier; something that is difficult to find these days! We would happily recommend others to instruct Laura at Biscoes if selling a property! Thanks so much!

Simple Deeds Transfer

A reasonable service , the team were attentive and took time to address issues on our behalf during what was a difficult period for my wife and I due to other extenuating circumstances not directly related to our property requirements. These things rarely run to plan and this was no exception but the costs were controlled and the transfer of deeds took place as instructed.

Very corrupt solicitors. They have committed perjury in the courts a few years ago and are still failing to cover up their perjury. They have knowingly falsified legal aid claims to scam money out of the government and the taxpayer. Which is a common practise which all corrupt solicitors do. For this reason I give these solicitors -10.

Historically, the longserving Portsmouth based firms of Biscoe Smith, Heather and Bellinger, Cousins Burbidge & Connor and Lyndhurst Groves merged in 1994 to form Biscoes Cousins Groves. In 2004 in the Firm's 150th year, Biscoes absorbed Wilkinson & Co and merged with King and Franckeiss, both well respected local firms. Subsequently in 2005 a merger with Covers added a Petersfield office to an already impressive list of locations, which was closely followed by the opening of an office in Gosport. In 2006 a Portchester branch was created following the link up with the long established practice of Barry Swanton & Co. In 2018 Biscoes merged with Gurney Champion & Co & Heyes Saumuel in Ryde, Isle of Wight. Biscoes continues to move confidently into the 21st Century, whilst remaining steadfastly committed to the provision of a traditional and locally based legal service. Located in offices close to you.
