They subscribe to Will Aid and we're able to draft my new Will and get it witnessed for me at a reasonable pace. Little awkward to find if your not familiar with Watford Town centre- the are next to the police station.
My husband and I recently had our wills drawn up and we are very happy with the level of professionalism received. Jack was thorough and issued the paperwork quickly and when he said he would. We would happily recommend Penman Sedgwick, thanks again!

This firm was recommended to me by Fairfields Estates South Oxhey, as I was in need of a probate and conveyancing solicitor, having lost my Mum so suddenly back in March of this year. They have been very understanding and a joy to work with, and I want to make a special mention to Abu our conveyancing solicitor, who dealt with the sale of my Mum's house so efficiently. He has been excellent at keeping me updated, and guiding me through the process. He has been quick to respond to all the stages of the sale, and has completed the transaction in a matter of a few months. This firm dealt with my mother’s probate case. I had three different solicitors during the year long process. The first solicitor lost my deceased parents marriage certificate and tried to say I hadn’t sent it to them. They were slow to request documents from me, they requested information to close down accounts that I had already closed down months before. The final straw has been this week ((10months after closing the file) they passed onto me a final account large council tax bill having had at least 2 previous bills sent to them from the local council but they didn’t bother sending them on. I wouldn’t recommend this firm for probate purposes. They add to what is already a very difficult and stressful situation with their incompetence.

Slightly more complicated than usual, a sale and lease extension at the same time. Despite a few hiccups with buyers dropping out, Abu and his team manged to close both these tasks much to the satisfaction of myself and my father. Thanks for all your efforts, much appreciated.

I’m lost for words, just no!.find someone who can actually fright your corner or perhaps maybe just do it yourself, which is a hell of a Lot cheaper
