Tinklin Springall Solicitors has been providing legal services from our Bromley office since 1983, originally by moving a department of a very long established central London firm to Bromley, as the partners lived locally. The office grew, and after a second office was opened in Beckenham, they became self-contained. The two founding partners and staff left the London partnership but retained the local offices. We are therefore not your typical high street practice, we continue to run as a London firm, based locally and still retain many of the London clients. Our work areas include all aspects of conveyancing of residential and commercial property, litigation, including dispute resolution, employment, family and matrimonial law, wills, trusts and probate. As local and longstanding solicitors we have developed a rapport within the communities we serve and throughout London, the South East and beyond. We have established a reputation for providing first class legal advice for highly competitive fees.

I have recently used TS for conveyancing on a property purchase. Communications and attention to detail were great throughout the process. Their support during these months was much appreciated.
We would like to thank Emilia for all her assistance in our recent sale/purchase. Having not moved for almost 30 years the help she gave us was invaluable. Always available to be contacted and prompt in responding to enquiries made a, difficult at times, process much easier. We would definitely recommend her to others.
Minimum engagement and effort as well as poor communication. I had to lead on the process myself - chase for information, liaise with other party, I even drafted documents myself (e.g. tenancy agreement). The solicitor charged nearly £700 for review of a short document prepared by other party's legal team and for a title check. Polite and pleasant, but other than that will not be returning for more service. And no, the fact that you give someone a small discount doesn't mean you provide a second class service.

We had an excellent experience dealing with Andrew de Ferrars, who helped us with our house purchase. Thoroughly professional, meticulous, and prompt in communication, Andrew kept on top of various things going on with the property, and stood resolute when the vendor's solicitors when they were trying to brush off some important information. If it was not for Andrew we wouldn't be able to complete the purchase in time. I'd never go for an online Conveyancing firm after this experience. You get what you pay for, and when purchasing a property, it can make a massive difference.

I received a great experience from Sarah Wilson when writing my will. Sarah explained everything so well and the whole experience was speedy and totally stress free.
My legal problem was complicated with an ex over 30 years ago. I needed an ex girlfriend removed from the deeds of my house. I had paid everything connected to the house and she had not contributed at all. Gillian Danger took my case on for me. She was absolutely brilliant, very knowledgeable and demonstrated her legal expertise especially as my ex was non compliant. I could not recommend her enough! Absolutely brilliant.
