As a client, my spouse has encountered significant challenges in communicating with her solicitor. These challenges include unanswered emails, abrupt hang-ups by the receptionist, inconsistent workdays by the solicitor without notice, and an absence of cover on days when the solicitor is unavailable. Despite leaving multiple messages with the receptionist, there has been no follow-up from the solicitor.
Furthermore, based on my observations, the solicitor does not exhibit a proactive approach to their work. Basic tasks such as sending emails and pursuing responses have taken several weeks to complete.
The overall level of service provided by this ostensibly high-end and experienced firm is subpar, in my estimation.
