Ian Springall was first rate, efficient, knowledgeable, thorough and quick to communicate. We had an unusual problem just prior to exchange but he dealt with it so effectively that we were able to go ahead as originally planned - all round excellent service.

Maria Weston handled the conveyancing of my brother’s move a few years back so we asked her to deal with the sale of our late-mother’s flat. Original offer accepted 3/2025 but we experienced issues with both our buyer and his conveyancer until we were told he’d withdrawn in 11/2025. New buyers on board early 2026 but again issues, mainly with our buyers conveyancer and being a retirement property, the freeholders and managing agents. Maria constantly having to chase but we were kept in the loop throughout. Eventually completed last week. Maria very professional and courteous throughout, no doubt glad to have finally seen the back of this job! No hesitation in recommending her for any conveyancing

My legal problem was complicated with an ex over 30 years ago. I needed an ex girlfriend removed from the deeds of my house. I had paid everything connected to the house and she had not contributed at all. Gillian Danger took my case on for me. She was absolutely brilliant, very knowledgeable and demonstrated her legal expertise especially as my ex was non compliant. I could not recommend her enough! Absolutely brilliant.
