      Excellent service

      Myself and my son have been supported and represented by TBW solicitors for 6 years and I wouldn’t go with another . Matthew, Becky , sally , Catherine , Leon and Avtar Dohil have provided exceptional support patients and expertise with all cases we have faced, to custody representation, case building with evidence, to trials in magistrates and crown court . There defence lawyers are 10/10 especially with understanding of mental health & learning disabilities. They all go above and beyond for their clients with an extremely professional approach.       Our experience was during covid and at the time the service provided felt somewhat slow and uncoordinated. It felt they were too busy to deal with our concerns even when i went into the officed to see a senior person i left very disappointef.

      We must commend the thorough service we received for the conveyancing over the sale of our house in August. There were some issues, as there usually are with this business but TBW consistently gave us sage advice and we felt they were on our side. In particular, they queried a final invoice from the Estate Agents and suggested holding back the payment until it had been investigated. And, probably the most important of all, they gave us a reasonable quote at the beginning and then stuck to it. We are not planning any further house sales for, I hope, a very long time but if we need legal assistance or services again, TBW will be our first call.
