Tinklin Springall Solicitors has been providing legal services from our Bromley office since 1983, originally by moving a department of a very long established central London firm to Bromley, as the partners lived locally. The office grew, and after a second office was opened in Beckenham, they became self-contained. The two founding partners and staff left the London partnership but retained the local offices. We are therefore not your typical high street practice, we continue to run as a London firm, based locally and still retain many of the London clients. Our work areas include all aspects of conveyancing of residential and commercial property, litigation, including dispute resolution, employment, family and matrimonial law, wills, trusts and probate. As local and longstanding solicitors we have developed a rapport within the communities we serve and throughout London, the South East and beyond. We have established a reputation for providing first class legal advice for highly competitive fees.

We recently used Tinklin Springall for our sale and purchase, Emilia was fantastic, super responsive and clear in her explanations. We experienced a lot a difficulties with the chain and Emilia went above and beyond trying to move the purchase forward for us. Would really recommend their services.

Sophie Steppel handled our sale and purchase and was absolutely brilliant - thoroughly professional, an excellent communicator and showed meticulous attention to details. Our purchase proved unexpectedly difficult due to the behaviour of other parties further up the chain, but she gracefully and decisively handled every challenge that arose and was a great advocate for us - we felt very lucky to have her on our side. We recommend her wholeheartedly and would be more than happy to work with her again.

Myself and my Husband recently used Tinklin Springall to act on our behalf in the sale and purchase of a new home having previously used them for our first home purchase, which was handled very smoothly. Sophie Steppel was our solicitor for the process and she was fantastic throughout. We had several challenges along the way, but Sophie helped us to navigate through them all and pushed all other parties in the chain to take action when we were struggling to progress. Sophie is adept at working with shared ownership sales as well as traditional home purchases and kept us updated regularly both via email and phone. Sophie was fantastic throughout our sale process. We had to sell from abroad and every bit of communication was clear, concise and she dealt with the chain calmly and everything got done on time. I received a great experience from Sarah Wilson when writing my will. Sarah explained everything so well and the whole experience was speedy and totally stress free.
My legal problem was complicated with an ex over 30 years ago. I needed an ex girlfriend removed from the deeds of my house. I had paid everything connected to the house and she had not contributed at all. Gillian Danger took my case on for me. She was absolutely brilliant, very knowledgeable and demonstrated her legal expertise especially as my ex was non compliant. I could not recommend her enough! Absolutely brilliant.
