Claude took over my case and was proactive from the start. The 'other side' delayed but he chased them where he could, keeping me up to date and involved at all times. He is a pleasure to work with, always polite and explaining points of law etc. We successfully achieved, it was almost exactly what he predicted, a little more, but it was an extended case. I would recommend without hesitation.
