I can't begin to thank Holly, Samir and Sarah for their help throughout the case. I was caught using the wrong card and if I'm being honest that card was a high value card so I almost certain I'd be convicted. However, I put my trust in the team and the reassured me they would try their best to get the outcome I wanted and rest assured that's what they did. This morning I received the news that I have only been issued a warning. What I appreciated most was that they did not sugar coat anything, I was aware of the seriousness of this case but they kept me calm and explored my mitigating factors. Thank you to everyone at Manak once again!
